Raleigh's up and coming

I'm so thrilled that a place such as Rosie's Plate has finally come to Raleigh. It must be exhausting to have to cook every meal every day b/c you can't be sure of what is hidden in your food. This place looks fantastic and I hope she does well. I often feel very blessed b/c Monkeyface has no allergies so far. I couldn't imagine having to alter the way I do things just so that he could eat.

We've been having tons of fun this weekend so I'll be sure to write about that soon...just as soon as I can catch up. I'm off to make this Cookies and Creme Freeze for Father's Day dessert.
